A depreciation report (DR), also called a reserve fund study, is a valuable tool in projecting the future financial requirements based on the current condition of the numerous building elements. We utilize three different (CRF) funding models in order to financially prepare stratas for future expenditures in a manner which is fair to current and future owners. The reports follow the requirements set out by the provincial legislation in British Columbia - the Strata Property Act and its referenced Strata Property Regulation.
